When you create a task you are automatically the task "owner" and you'll see a little yellow star next to your profile image on that task.
Same thing for the projects.
Being an owner allows you to invite whoever you want to participate in that task or project.
Once inviting colleagues or collaborators (INVITE button) you will then decide wether you want them to:
- View: allow them just to see what is happening in the task or project (you'll see a little eye icon on their profile image)
- Play: allow them to view, track time and check to-do lists (play icon)
- Create: allow them to view, track time and create tasks and to-do list in the project (little pencil icon)
And if it wasn't you who created the task or project, all works the same way but no little star for you ;)
